Plunger Lube™ 645 is a highly refined petroleum oil based lubricant for plunger tips and sleeves in the die casting process. It contains unique additives that promotes adhesion of the lubricant to the plunger tip for unsurpassed lubrication without graphite. 

Plunger Lube™ 645 provides exceptional performance while minimizing smoke emissions.

Recommended Dilution Ratios
