SOLVTECH D-15

State-of-the-art mold and die cleaner

  • Ready-to-use blend of cleaners breaks down emulsions of petroleum oils, silicone, polymers and hydro-treated waxes and oils

  • Reduces clean up and repair for die

Appearance: Amber

Application: Spray generously on soiled die mold, let stand for 15-20 minutes and wash with high pressure hose.

​

SOLVTECH D-28

Solvent free cleaner that contains emulsifiers, dispersants and rust inhibitors

  • Safe with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals 

  • Removes die lubricant buildup

  • Operator friendly

Appearance: Yellow

Application: 30% concentration typically recommended.  This product is compatible with common seals up to 100% maximum concentration.

​

pH (5%): 9.2 - 9.6

OXANE AC-15

Heavy duty industrial descaler

  • Used to remove hard water deposits from heat exchangers and chillers

  • Can use fraction of the amount compared to other descalers

Appearance: Orange

Application: Can be reduced and diluted with water to the desired concentration.  After cleaning process is complete, affected surfaces should be rinsed.
