Diluco® 350 High-performance, Water-based Lubricant

Products of our Die Casting Lubricants and Diecasting Release AgentsHigh-performance, Water-based Lubricant for Zinc Diecasting Foundry

Formulated for medium to large, functional and decorative zinc parts, the product provides high quality castings with exceptional cosmetics and will not interfere with painting or plating. The chemically balanced blend of natural lubricants, unique to polymers and wetting additives provide excellent finish and metal flow without incavity or over-spray build-up.

Application

This product is designed to be first diluted with water and then spray applied to the mold surface.

The correct amount to spray and the proper dilution ratio depends on your individual product and plant needs. A qualified Hill and Griffith representative will be happy to assist you in determining the proper use and application of our products.

Handling & Storage

Containers: 5gal (18 liters). 55gal (207 liters) and tote quantities available.
Shelf Life: 1 year under original seal, unopened containers.
Disposal: Dispose of product appropriately, following all federal, state, and local regulations.
Freezing: Do not freeze. If frozen, thaw to room temperature by first gentle warming to room temperature an then thoroughly mixing the concentrate product before use.
