Drycolube® Powdered Die Lubricant

die casting lubrication release agents imagePowdered Die Lubricant with Excellent Thermal Releasing Properties For Diecasting Foundry Applications

DRYCOLUBE® is a mixture of refractories formulated for a simple purpose: to make your die casting operations better. DRYCOLUBE® is a dry film coating, providing a thermal protective layer that has superior releasing properties compared to other dry powder lubricant.

When applied properly, DRYCOLUBE® spreads over the die to form an adherent coating on the surface. Resultant castings can be removed with less effort.

DRYCOLUBE® is used as received. Care should be taken to protect the dry powder from becoming wetted with liquids, as this will affect subsequent spraying operations.

Use Recommendations

DRYCOLUBE® shall be loadd into electrostatic powder spraying systems and applied using good commerical practices.
