Developed by The Hill & Griffith Company specifically for use with high-pressure molding where machine cycle times are rapid and more draws per application are desired. Cost reductions can be made by adjusting automatic application to spray alternate cycles. May also be applied manually. Compatible with all commonly used pattern equipment.

 Features:

  • Light amber in color
  • Density approximately 7 pounds per gallon
  • High flash point of 250oF minimum (tag open-cup test)
  • Durable film provides rapid, clean releases
  • Uniform atomization and spray pattern
  • Contains pattern cleaner for brighter and shiny patterns
  • Pleasant odor
  • Hot sand does not affect performance
  • Freeze/thaw cycle stability provides continued successful performance
  • Reduced cost can be realized through intermittent applications
  • For cleaner work room environment, the use of airless applicators is recommended
